When it comes to brunching, I’m a professional. In fact, I love brunch so much, I often eat it for other meals during the day. I mean what’s not to love, pancakes, pastries, eggs, and COFFEE! My family is not always amused by this though, but I still can’t help myself. When I’m out of time for dinner, brunch it is! When it’s too hot to cook, we brunch! When everyone sleeps late on Saturday, brunch! See, brunch is the perfect meal!

And to celebrate my love of all things brunch I’ve rounded up my four very favorite brunch recipes to share with you. With the weekend approaching, it’s time to start thinking about what you’re gong to eat, right now, am I right?

Okay, first off is this banana crumb cake, which is fairly new to KIB, but it is quickly becoming one of my top brunch foods EVER! It’s soft, and sweet, and crunchy, and it pairs perfectly with that morning cup of joe. Second to that is this pecan caramel French toast bake. I love French toast prepared any which way, but this one you guys, this one is my favorite! It’s gooey and crunchy; it’s French toast perfection! And you can make it the night before – a total winner!

And for you savory brunchers, you absolutely need to try this sausage and green chili egg puff. This recipe is the very best; it’s been in my family as long as I can remember and I make it for every single brunch I host! The last recipe on my favorites list is this pumpkin French toast. And no; this not just a fall recipe! Please! In fact, I always have a can or two of pumpkin on hand (or some fresh pumpkin puree in the freezer) just for this recipe! You must try it (not in the fall)!

A delicious collection of the best brunch recipes, from sweet to savory, there's something for everyone!

There you have it, the best brunch recipes I’ve got over here – you are now fully prepared to head into the weekend and brunch it up! If you’re looking for something a little lighter, try my everyday granola or some overnight vanilla oats. They’re both delicious and they’re whole food recipes!
