Ingredients
▢
1 1/2
cups
coconut water
▢
1/2
cup
strawberries and/or raspberries
▢
1/4
cup
blueberries
▢
1/2
cup
spinach leaves
(optional, but recommended)
▢
1/2
cup
Greek yogurt
(plain, optional for creaminess)
▢
Large handful of ice cubes
Instructions
Add all ingredients to the cup of an immersion blender or in a full-size blender and process until smooth.
Serve immediately.
Notes
Adjust the thickness with coconut water (to thin) or ice/frozen fruit (to thicken).
You can use frozen berries too. The smoothie will be thicker.
Add a little honey if your berries are really tart.
Use Greek yogurt for a creamier, more filling smoothie.
