Ingredients

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, cream butter and sugars together until smooth.
Add sea salt and baking soda and stir.
Mix in egg, water, and vanilla until smooth.
Slowly add flour, half at a time and stir until fully combined.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Scoop dough with a large cookie scoop (2 TBS) and place on a lined cookie sheet 2 inches apart.
Bake for 12-14 minutes, rotating halfway through.
Cool on cookie sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Store in an airtight container or freeze.
