Peanut Butter Chocolate Crunch Bars

Quick and easy three ingredient peanut butter chocolate crunch bars.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1 cup brown rice puffs

Instructions

In the microwave:

  • Line an 8 x 8 or 9 x 9 square pan with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
  • In a medium size bowl, microwave chocolate chips on high heat for 1 minute and then stir.
  • Continue microwaving in 30 second intervals until completely melted.
  • Add peanut butter and mix well.
  • Gently fold in brown rice puffs.
  • Pour mixture into lined pan and place in the freezer for 30 minutes.
  • Remove from freezer, lift from pan, and slice into 16 squares.
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week or freeze.

In the double broiler:

  • Line an 8 x 8 or 9 x 9 square pan with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
  • In a medium size double broiler, slowly melt chocolate chips over medium heat until smooth and turn heat off.
  • Stir in peanut butter until smooth.
  • Fold in brown rice puffs.
  • Pour mixture into lined pan and place in the freezer for 30 minutes.
  • Remove from freezer, lift from pan, and slice into 16 squares.
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week or freeze.
