Raspberry Yogurt Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/4 cup spinach leaves
  • 1 TBS chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1-2 tbs honey or 100% maple syrup

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a large immersion blender cup or standard blender.
  • Blend 1-2 minutes or until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour smoothie into cups and enjoy!
