Instructions
In a small bowl or measuring cup combine water, yeast, and honey. Let sit for 5 minutes.
In a large bowl or stand mixer combine flour and salt.
Make a well in the center and add olive oil and yeast mixture.
Stir with a wooden spoon until well mixed.
Knead for 5 minutes or 2-3 minutes in a stand mixer with a dough hook (dust with flour if it's too sticky).
Shape dough into a ball and place in a lightly greased bowl, turning once to coat.
Cover with plastic wrap and let rise at room temperature for approximately 1 hour (up to 2 hours).
Punch risen dough down and reshape into a ball (either use immediately or wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate.
To bake:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
On a lightly floured surface, roll out dough to desired thickness and place on a pizza stone or baking sheet.
Bake for 3-5 minutes.
Remove dough from oven, top with sauce, cheese, and toppings.
Return to oven and bake for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Let pizza rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
