Ingredients

milk chocolate chips

natural peanut butter

brown rice puffs
Instructions
In the microwave:
Line an 8 x 8 or 9 x 9 square pan with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
In a medium size bowl, microwave chocolate chips on high heat for 1 minute and then stir.
Continue microwaving in 30 second intervals until completely melted.
Add peanut butter and mix well.
Gently fold in brown rice puffs.
Pour mixture into lined pan and place in the freezer for 30 minutes.
Remove from freezer, lift from pan, and slice into 16 squares.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week or freeze.
In the double broiler:
Line an 8 x 8 or 9 x 9 square pan with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
In a medium size double broiler, slowly melt chocolate chips over medium heat until smooth and turn heat off.
Stir in peanut butter until smooth.
Fold in brown rice puffs.
Pour mixture into lined pan and place in the freezer for 30 minutes.
Remove from freezer, lift from pan, and slice into 16 squares.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week or freeze.
