Ingredients
For the cookies:

100% maple syrup

For the glaze:
▢

cup
milk
▢

100% maple syrup

1-1/2 to 2

powdered sugar

sea salt (to taste)
Instructions
For the cookies:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, cream butter and sugars until smooth.
Add maple syrup, baking soda, cream of tartar, and sea salt and stir to combine.
Add egg and vanilla extract and mix well.
Add flour, half at a time, and mix until fully incorporated.
Using a 1.5 TBS cookie scoop, scoop dough and place on a lined baking sheet 2 inches apart.
Bake for 12 minutes, rotating halfway through.
Let cookies cool completely on the cookie sheets.
For the glaze:
In a small bowl whisk together all ingredients until smooth.
When cookies are fully cool, drizzle glaze over cookies.
Transfer cookies to a wire rack to harden.
Store in an airtight container.
