Ingredients

sugar

brown sugar, packed

peanut butter

chopped unsalted peanuts (optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, cream butter, peanut butter, sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
Add egg and vanilla and stir until well blended.
Stir in baking soda and sea salt.
Slowly add flour and mix until just combined.
Fold in chocolate chips and peanuts (if using).
Using a 1 TBS cookie scoop, scoop dough onto prepared baking sheets, 2 inches apart.
Bake for 12 minutes, rotating halfway through.
Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week or freeze.
