Ingredients

peanut butter, natural

honey
▢

rolled oats

Instructions
Line a 8 x 8 baking dish with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt peanut butter and honey together and stir until smooth.
Stir in sea salt.
Add oats and stir to combine, coating the oats evenly with the peanut butter.
Remove from stove and pour into a lined baking dish.
Using your fingers, flatten the mixture completely.
Refrigerate for 15-30 minutes, until set.
Lift bars from pan using the foil or parchment paper and slice into 16 bars.
Store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
