Instructions
Place a medium bowl or bowl of stand mixer in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
Pour whipping cream, vanilla, and maple syrup into chilled bowl and stir to combine.
Whip mixture for 2-3 minutes until stiff peaks form, scraping down the sides as needed.
Can be stored for up to 1 day, but is best served the day it is made.
