Chocolate Chip Sprinkle Cookies
An easy one-bowl recipe for festive chocolate chip sprinkle cookies! Soft, chewy, and fun!

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp water
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1-1/2 cup flour
- 3/4 cup chocolate chips (I used semi-sweet)
- 1/2 cup sprinkles
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, cream butter and sugars until smooth.
Add egg, water, and vanilla extract and mix well.
Stir in baking soda and salt.
Add flour, half at a time and mix until just combined.
Fold in chocolate chips and sprinkles.
Using a 1.5 TBS cookie scoop, scoop dough onto lined cookie sheets 2 inches apart.
Bake for 12-14 minutes, rotating halfway through.
Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes prior to transferring to a wire rack.
Store in an airtight container for up to one week or freeze.
