large Honeycrisp apples (or approximately 3 pounds of your favorite variety)

Instructions
In the bottom of the Crock-Pot pour honey and stir in sugar and spices.
Wash, core, and chop apples into chunks and place in Crock-Pot and stir, coating the apples with the honey mixture.
Cook on high 3-4 hours or on low for 6-7 hours until apples are falling apart.
Remove the lid and continue cooking for 1 more hour to thicken apple butter.
Cool, place in mason jars, and store in the fridge for 2-3 weeks or freeze for up to 6 months.
