Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a muffin tin.
In a large bowl, melt butter.
Add egg, vanilla, lemon juice, and milk and mix.
Stir in flour, baking powder, and sea salt until just combined.
Fold in rainbow sprinkles.
Scoop batter into line muffin cups, filling 2/3 full.
Bake for 15 minutes.
