No-churn Raspberry Frozen Yogurt
Servings 12 scoops
- 1-1/2 cup plain yogurt or vanilla, may also use Greek yogurt
- 1-1/2 to 2 cups frozen raspberries (may substitute strawberries, blackberries, or blueberries)
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1-2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Place all ingredients in food processor and process until smooth.
Pour yogurt mixture into a shallow freezable container.
Freeze for 2 hours hour for soft-serve frozen yogurt or overnight.
Store with a lid to preserve freshness.
