• Butter, unsalted • Flour • Baking soda • Baking powder • Sea salt • Sugar • Milk • Egg • Vanilla extract
Work the dry ingredients together with a pastry cutter until crumbly
Beat the egg and whisk in sugar, milk, and vanilla extract
Roll and cut out cookies and place on a baking sheet.
Add wet ingredients to dry and mix until dough forms
Refrigerate dough for 30-60 minutes up to overnight
Bake for 8 minutes
• Preheat oven to 350 degrees • Use room temperature butter • Work dry ingredients like a pie crust • Make sure to add the wet to the dry • Do not over bake, cookies should be light • Frost with buttercream frosting
